Key Features
Week Tracker: Track your habits each day of the week using the weekly tracking pages. There is an example tracking page you can use or an empty tracking page you can fill in.
Month Tracker: Write the habits you want to focus on for the month on the monthly tracking page. There is a box for each day of the month, and the option to have an affirmation on the page or not.
Customisable Tracking: There are habit ideas provided, but the tracking pages can be completely personalised with your habits. The habits you choose to track can change by week or month. You have the space to list habits that can improve your productivity, better your nutrition, or encourage your fitness goals.
Notes Section: Add notes on how you’re feeling and how the process has been. You can use it to note your successes, explore your challenges, and write motivational quotes and affirmations. Look back at the notes when you’re living a happier life with healthy habits and see how far you’ve come.
