Shipping of physical products is limited to Europe only. Products are made on demand so manufacturing starts when an order is made.

Import Liabilities and Taxes
Spirited Earthling and Jordan Schroeder do not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. Spirited Earthling and Jordan Schroeder will not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country. Under no circumstance will Spirited Earthling and Jordan Schroeder accept any orders back due to the rejection of customs charges.
Spirited Earthling and Jordan Schroeder are not responsible if customers are not notified by their country’s postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.
Return Policy
Physical products sold on this website are created and sent from Printful Distribution Centres in Europe. Therefore, this return policy is highly aligned with the policy of Printful.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
As per German legislature (this right applies to all EU member states), you as the customer have a 14-day right of withdrawal. This means that you as the customer need to inform the seller that you want to withdraw from the sale within 14 days of receiving the items, without having to provide reasons. You as the customer then have to return the items within 14 days of declaring this withdrawal.
Cost of Returns: The items will be returned to the Printful Distribution Centre where it was manufactured. This cost of return will be at your expense as the customer, and not covered by the seller or distributor.
Damaged/Misprinted/Lost in Transit Items
Claims for damaged and misprinted items must be submitted within 30 days after receipt of the items. The same applies to packages lost in transit (claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date).
If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to support@printful.com, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.
Cost of Returns: The items will be returned to the Printful Distribution Centre where it was manufactured. This cost of return will be at your expense as the customer, and not covered by the seller or distributor.
Wrong Address Provided
If you the customer provides an incorrect address or an address deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the distributor.
Cost of Reshipment: You as the customer will be liable for reshipment costs once the address has been updated (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed Items
Shipments that are unclaimed will be returned to the distributor.
Cost of Reshipment: You as the customer will be liable for reshipment costs (if and as applicable).
Delivered but Not Received Items
If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but you as the customer reports to have not received it, contact the courier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person. For example: “Left under the chair by the front door."
If you as the customer are unable to locate the package, a new order will need to be made and shipped.
Refunds and returns After 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
After 14 days of receiving the items, refunds will not be made for buyers remorse.
According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
Therefore, Spirited Earthling reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
Return Addresses
The return address will be to Printful’s Distribution Centre only. The return address is by default Printful’s, based on where the package was fulfilled:
Packages sent out from Printful’s Latvian facilities are automatically returned to Plienciema 5, Marupe, Marupes novads, LV-2167, Latvia.
Packages sent out from Printful’s Spanish facility are automatically returned to Travessía Prat de la Riba, 91-95, 08849 Sant Climent de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain.
Packages sent out from Printful’s UK facility are automatically returned to Antar 2 Headway Road, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV10 6PZ.
These addresses are only for product returns. Returns should be addressed to ‘Spirited Earthling Returns’ and sent to the Printful Distribution Centre that you received the order from.
